i would probably skip the 3x3x50 day except for very specific/special prep periods.
in comp when I can only fit in 2 wkouts a week i might:
1) do the acc and maxV work and allow the meet itself to develop the endurance
2) extend the acc work out 40-60m on one day and then do speed endurance work on the 2nd day
3) choose to do all 3 anyway and just train through the meet
If you were to use the third option, wouldn't you end up overtraining as a result?
