3/3/10 – Session 4 – Gym Day
Cleans/Bench 5×107.5, 4×115, 3×120, 2×125
Squat – 5×145, 4×155, 3×165, 2×175
Another fairly promising session today, I think my lifting is coming along well. 125 on the clean was relatively comfortable, so I could probably push it up to 2×130 next week, and see how that goes. Had an ultrasound scan on my ankle too, which has been a bit sore, but given the all clear, wahey!
Body weight was at 85.2kg this morning, still dropping 🙂
