I know Nick, I am a retard. Prehaps Im only 182.654839292cm tall, which I rounded up to 1.83, which would make me a touch (or 0.23cm) under 6ft.
In the main competition time, I lift 1x per week, maybe less. I basically think on my feet, if Im tired Ill drop the volume, if I feel good, I might push it a bit more – but yea, look in Nicks blog for a better answer.
