Whilst I respect your opinion, Im following a different philosophy, from a successful coach. This training log isnt for me to defend criticisms of my training programme – Im all for healthy debate, but you clearly have a large problem with my lifting, so prehaps your thoughts would be better placed elsewhere, i.e. outside of my thread.
