Im not that sensitive, I just find, across the board, your pretty degrading of other peoples training programmes. Maybe its just the way you type things that makes it how you come across. But you have asked a few questions about my weights programme as if you have superior knowledge. Like I say, you have your opinion, I have mine, and this training diary (MY training diary) isnt a place where I want to defend my training programme constantly.
I’m sorry you feel you have to defend your training. I would have thought an elite sprinter and soon to be the first white sprinter to break 10sec wouldn’t be so sensitive. Once again sorry if I touched the wrong button.
