Nick, I start from standing, not 3 point. The timing gates are set up on the 100m start, and my front foot is placed just behind the line. I lean back, then rock forwards and start my run.
TSB – I dont really feel that sore from squatting on track days, none more than normal. Squatted 6x165kgs today, PB for 6.
