There will be less emphasis on 30m fly week, replaced by more “overall” speed work, like 90m and 70m runs, for which a 30m section may or may not be timed (I havent decided yet). There is quite a high speed endurance emphasis in this next phase, but true speed endurance, i.e. long recovery, very fast reps. The sessions are brand new, meaning I havent done them before, ever, which I am really excited about – I hope it gets me nervous!
Plyos is just a bit of bounding, medball throws, etc. Squats will stay 1x per week at 3×6, and 1 x per week at 5-4-3-2. I will have a 1RM probably in 4-5 weeks, so we will see what I will single on cleans. I dont fancy my chances of going heavier than you though, which I know is why you were asking!
