What the longest sprinting distance is going to be in your training? 150m or any longer?
Are you going to run some 200m races this season?
Does your coach always plans how many reps you are going to run during your sprinting sessions? Do you often complete a certine number of reps if it’s planed looking at your sprinting sessions?
Does volume of sprinting sessions or total volume of sprinting increased since 2005?
Did you ever had hamstring injuries?
And some questions about your diet. Do you count your daily protein intake? Do you know how much is enough for you during training days?
