Couple questions for you Craig.
1) When does your competitive season start exactly? When are you looking to be sharp, and when are you looking to peak?
2) Considering you don’t do tempo, and everything’s high intensity, do you find your general fitness ever a problem? So getting through the sessions… completing speed endurance runs at a good int. etc etc
3) What are your thoughts on speed sessions that have different distances in them instead of a set distance done at multiple reps (like you do it yourself). So you can have a session of 6x60m, or something like: 2x flying 20m, 2x60m, 2x FEF (30/20/20). Or if focusing sort of on SE and max.V: 5x80m or 3x flying 40s + 2x85m.
