So, as promised, my goals for the next phase:
* Clean/Bench 6x115kg / 2x135kg
* Squat 6×165 / 2×190
* 150m TT – sub 15.5
* 220m from blocks – sub 23.5 (This might be a bit weak, sub-23 might be better)
* Skinfolds of sub-55mm (this would be a PB)
* Continue to work with sports psych
I think writing your goals in your training program is a really good idea as it makes you more accountable. I dont want to look stupid in front of you guys!
