    Friday, February 10: Acceleration work with a head cold

    Warm-up and drills
    3x30m sled pulls
    3x30m block starts
    Core work

    I was wiped out after that little bit, so I called it quits and went home. Had a bit of a fever which broke that night.

    Saturday, February 11: easy Tempo day

    Warm-up, drills, and hurdle mobility
    8x150m
    Core work

    Sunday, February 12: Ouch
    Warm-up, drills, hurdle mobility
    3x200m <24 seconds, ~10 minutes rest

    Weights:
    DB Bench: 3x10x50 lbs
    low rows: 3x10x140
    DB Military Press: 2x15x25
    Leg Press 3x10x400
    RDL: 3x10x145
    Core work

    I will be on the road from tomorrow through thursday night at 11:00. Time to get creative.
