Speed work today:
Warm-p, drills, hurdle mobility drills.
5x60m, 6 minutes rest.
2×150, ~16.5 seconds, full rest.
PC: 5×155, 3×175, 2×205
Jump Squats: 3x6x225
The 60s didn’t feel great, but the 150s did. After dropping the weight sessions as much as I have over the past two weeks I’m surprised I still pulled the 205 power cleans off today. I hope this bodes well for the rest of the season.
