Warm-up and drills
2x4xflying 30m on the curve, 3 minute rest/8 minute rest between sets.
The second set was from blocks. I did a couple short starts following the flying 30m to try a few different block settings. I felt great running today.
PC: 6×175, 4×205, 4 close attempts at 225, 4×205
Squats: 8×225, 6×275, 4×315, 10×135
RDL: 10×175, 2x8x205
