Worst workout ever!
Sunday and Monday I was traveling.
Warm-up, drills, and hurdle mobility
2x4x200m: 28 sec, 1 minute rest/4 minute rest between sets
I only hit one on time. I felt like dog poo on a stick today. I could give you a dozen reasons why I felt like crap today, but the long and short of it is that I just didn’t have it today. Time to eat a good dinner, play with the dogs, relax with the wife, and get back to it tomorrow.
