Today’s workout was one of those that makes me seriously consider golf.
Warm up and drills
3x 300m, 45 seconds rest, 200m 5 minutes rest in between sets
Followed by 6x60m hills.
abs and regret.
What did you run your 300’s and 200’s in? and the workout was 300, 45sec rest then 200 then 5min rest then repeat x3?
