Walkback rest, 4 minutes between sets.
I felt pretty heavy and beat up after yesterday’s crazy circuit. But i was coming through the 150s between 19 and 20 seconds, and the 100’s between 13 and 14 seconds. I was right about on pace, so that bodes well.
Finished with abs.
This is my unloading week, which ought to be nice.
