Since the dog appears to be returning to health I slipped off to the gym today:
Warm up on the bike and with regular and green-banana hurdle drills
Squats: 8×275, 6×305, 4×315 (all of them felt great)
Split squats: 2×145 each leg
Hang cleans: 8×135, 6×155, 4×155
Leg extension: 2x10x170
Leg curl: 2x10x150
abs and back
It felt good to workout today. Two days off might have done me some good too. My shins weren’t bugging me at all today as they were last week.
