Crazy week at work. I spent all day in DC yesterday. Today I had meetings until 3:30… and the snow has started to fall. They’re calling for over a foot of snow here. Now before you Mid-Westerners out there get all uppity, keep in mind this is Virginia. Half an inch of snow shuts this state down.
I managed to get on the treadmill at work for a while:
5 minutes @ 10 minute mile pace for the warm up.
4x 1:20 at 5:20 minute mile pace (roughly 400m) with 2 minute walk rest in between. Incline was set at 1 and the machine couldn’t go any faster.
2×10 split jumps
2×10 tuck jumps
2×10 bodyweight split squats per leg
2×10 bodyweight squats
2x Gate marches 3,5,7 count
Abs and back
I have a feeling I’ll be doing circuits in the house this weekend until the roads get plowed.
