Snowed in yesterday and the meet was canceled. We got about 9 inches at my house and I discovered that my old roommate stole my shovel when he skipped town.
There’s another meet next week at the same place (Christopher Newport University), so I’ll be there, and that will open and close my indoor season. I have some traveling in the next few weeks to prepare for our move to Oregon. So outdoor season, here I come.
Dug out today and went to the gym.
2x4x1 min, 15 seconds rest
Followed by three sets of the following:
20 bicycle crunches
10 curl press (25lbs)
45 sec. plank
10 front raise (15 lbs)
45 sec. side plank, right side
45 sec. side plank, left side
10 side raise (15 lbs)
10 lat pull down
45 sec. leg raise 6″ and hold
Pool running felt great. The circuit wasn’t that bad either. Now I feel like I’ve been hit by a train though.
