I’m glad the training is getting the weight down. Where did you go to school? We might have competed in the 99-00 season.
I was up to about 195 from my college weight of 170. I’m down to about 175 now. My worst enemy at this point is my love of good beer. Moving to Portland (the Mecca of brew-pubs), is testing my resolve. Fortunately my fiance is training for a marathon, so we keep each other in check in regards to what we eat.
