Lifting: (really crowded tonight for some reason)
Leg Press: 3x10x300
Calf raises: 3x15x300
Power Cleans: 5×155, 5×205, 5×155 (205’s felt great!)
Pull-ups: 3×6 (fore arms are still grieving from rock climbing)
GHR: 3×12
