Gym closed early today, so I fit in what I could.
Bike warm-up, drills, and hurdle mobility
Gate Marches: 3×3,5,7
Squat jumps: 4×6 +40kg
Lunge Jumps: 4×8 +40 kg
Tuck Jumps: 3×10
Leg Press: 3x10x380
Calf Raises: 3x12x380
Lat Pull Downs: 3x10x115
The gym with the squat rack is closed next week, so I have to make do with the other gym that has a leg press. I finished working at the store today. I am free all of next week and start working at the new job on January 3rd, so I should get back to to two sessions a day around that time.
