Gym day! The gym was closed yesterday thanks to lot of flooding in the area.
Warm up on the bike and with some med ball stuff. Then some drills in the aerobic room which drew funny looks from the body-builder types.
3×8 hang cleans @ 145
2×8 push press @ 135 (hadn’t done this in a while. Felt good though)
2×8 squat @ 225
2×8 split squat @ 135
3×8 leg extension @ 150, 170, 170
3×8 leg curls @ 150
3×12 calves @ 350
abs (med-ball russian twists, sprinter crunches, two-minute ab series, planks)
lower back extensions
I took it kind of easy today since I haven’t lifted since going on vacation. Everything felt really light.
I also discovered that my gym has a bunch of green-banana hurdles so I can pull those out when the weather is nasty for some work.
