Mini-hurdle drills: 6 mini-hurdles:
4 x 1 foot in
4 x 2 feet in
4 x single leg right
4 x single leg left
2 x lateral left
2 x lateral right
4 x 40m breakdown (10m ankling, 10m butt kicks, 10m high knees, 10m runout)
3 x 100m strides
10′ easy run
The weather was pretty foul, but the workout went as well as could be expected. My hamstring tweaked a during the strides, so I left out some acceleration ladders to be on the safe side.
