Today sucked. I missed my goal times on the 250 and 200. I hit the 150 mostly because I was so steamed about the first 2 runs. Today was the beginning of allergy season, but that’s no excuse for my poor execution on the track today. I’m not sure when my next meet will be, but I have some significant travel lining up. Maybe I can get a race in in a warmer and dryer part of the county.
