Anyone ever heard of these guys? they are out of San juan Capistrano in southern CA. watched his videos and seems to have quite
a few professional football players who train there. can anyone comment on these methods?
I’ve checked out the clip and my thoughts are;
– I see what they are trying to do but it is not specific enough to forward running
– they attempt to recruit fast twitch fibers with rapid movement but the load is too low for fast forward running; and in the wrong direction
– likely they will improve an athlete’s ability to run backwards
