Ok, I'm going to be as respectful as I can be. If you ever plan on running under 11 seconds for the 100m then you need to seriously cut the number of calories you are consuming. You will feel very weak and sluggish for about 4 weeks and then your body will adjust. You should probably try to be under 160 or even lighter depending upon your skeleton size. The fact that you are hurting your performance by overeating is just a simple fact – not an opinion. Justify your choices all you want. I'm not offering any more info.
