my pb is 11.75fat. i'm 22 years of age 5'8.5 170lbs at the moment, lowest i gotten down to was 162lbs. Lasted about 3 days, cause i was feeling lethargic and weak, then i ate some carbs and my performance went up, then BOOM 166lbs in another 3 days after that. If i focus to much on fatloss i lose focus of training, i dont bother at the moment, teh advice i got is good, and i'm thankful, i need the knowledge so i can gain insight in the future. Right now priority is training to get fast, which is whats happening.
