Again I agree with the autoreg in a team in-season situation. I'll do it for myself though when my schedule is very varied or tight.
Don't know why he got hurt. He did a warmup, then went to take a #2, then came back, some accel, then tried a 130m from the turn and it grabbed about 20m in. I was working with the jumpers at the time and didn't see the situation. He prob wasn't warmed up properly at the time…maybe he damaged it in the race that week who knows?
