there seems to be such a large range of sprint volumes, that i really don't know which ones to use as a guidline… for example ppl of the CF boards use 600+ metres 3x/week of sprint volume, while ppl like kelly bagget reccommend doing no more than 300 yards per session 2-3 times week. Also clyde harts program involves only one day/week of true speed work , yet the results speak for themselves. I'm sure there are other volumes/ranges prescribed by other respected trainers aswell. So i was just wondering what you guys think is the better general guideline in terms of sprint volume /session and /week?
a sprinter of ur level i would say btw 300-400.
