Since you're going to be training the LJ as well as your sprint work, it will be important to fit in probably 2 days (Tues./Thurs.) of short approach work with full jumps. Landing drills can also be fit in on these days easily.
Skipping/bounding drills to some extent -does not need to be very high volume – should be incorporated a couple times a week.
Full approach work can be done on Friday and maybe one other day (wed.) if necessary.
Also, I'm not sure what your lifting regimine is, but at least 2 days a week it would be a good idea to hit your OL's and squats…during comp. phase a high intensity-low volume routine. I fit this in on Mon./Wed. during this phase. Med ball circuit might also be in order 1-2 days/wk.
