While I totally agree that CF.com is a great resource for sprint specific information, including KK’s incredible Lactate Thread, most websites publish information with a least some assumption that they own the information and while it is posted for public consumption, commercial use of the information may be legally restricted and I would make sure I received written permission to reproduce anything from any website you might find.
I can share my experience. When putting togeter an Excel spreadsheet based 400m training macrocycle, for personal use with my daughter, based on KK’s Lactate Thread as well as some feedback I received here, I published it on the web so that I ask users from both sites to give me feedback. I would have posted it on CF.com but I didn’t know how to post a large spreadsheet, so I just created a little website that was nothing more than the spreadsheet. The powers that be at CF.com (not Charlie) got all over me and made some veiled comments that using information from the site without permission was forbidden, so I took it down and started a thread on this site that still lives in the archives somewhere. Just an FYI.
