Effort =/= intensity. In order to get the best input on forums like this, you’ll be better off posting as accurately as possible, in order for us to give informed feedback.
Sounds like you had a “tough” workout that probably migrated from 90-95% down to 80%, while maintaining aggressive effort and 90-95% “effort” – but not intensity.[/quote]
ya, obviously you’re right on. Just no one’s gonna be timing these runs (since we’re going one after another every 5 seconds) so it’s all up to guess.
