Since I only ran on the 4th/5th, had a day off basically on the 5th. So today, even though I was planning on doing a little tempo cause off some shin pain, decided to do speed instead.

4×5 double leg vertical bounds
2×4 single leg bounds (1 set per leg)
Felt extremely fast today, got some nice tailwind on the 1st and last run.
