Well the general model looks alright, but individual workouts just seem a little bit haphazard.
4×100 – might be an ok recovery day for 1 or 2 days post meet, but not three days. You should be back on normal routine 3 days after. And that volume can’t stimulate much of any training or recovery effect.

but if you’ve seen my speed workouts, what do you think of them? and the lifting/plyos?
