Wow these turned into a pretty good workout. Felt very relaxed and loose and could tell I was movin pretty quick. Did not time these rather focused on running at 95% and keeping good form throughout.

Pause BB Reverse Lunges (front foot elevated 3″)
1x2min, 2x1min(side planks)
Box squat felt good. 8 plates is pretty deep for a box squat so don’t think I’ll go any lower than that. Hamstrings and glutes seem to be able to contract harder and quicker than before. Must be why my lunge is taking off…
