Felt great today, much more loose and flexible than Saturday. I was movin. Great confidence boost getting close to the first meet. Block starts were explosive as hell, some of the womens track team was out there so I had an audience.

One of the best workouts in recent memory, 30lb PR on the pause reverse lunge! Explosion out of the hole is getting a bit ridiculous. Everyone in the gym was watching the jump squats, don’t think they’ve ever seen a 40″+ inch vertical in person before lol.
Just one of those days I guess. Going to do a weigh-in tomorrow morning, curious to see where the weight is at…
