ran a 100m timed out of blocks today…11.4
couple things to note:
2.had to slow down and jump over a cone in my lane that someone moved as I was setting up in the blocks about 30m in. it gets better…
3. Got tight and couldn’t open up my hips 60m in.
4. confused by the markings on the track, I slowed down at 90m thinking that was the finish line.
so taking all that into account, it was a damn good time lol. Decided to call the session after that.
I still have no idea where I’m at in the 100…
