Notes: Used today as a test-out day of sorts. Intended to do a 3RM at 495 on box squats but I had a shitty set-up and missed the first rep, sat back down, deloaded the weight, reset my footing, and hit the rep. Stopped after that set. Probably good for 2 legit. Rack Pulls went well, locking out heavy weight felt good.
Not as sore today so I’ll be able to get on the track for some tempo work and drills.
