Notes: I had a revelation today. From now on I will be doing 4 days of lifting a week on set days instead of a 12-day floating routine that I’ve been following for awhile. Similar to a Westside routine with some customization to fit my needs. Speed Workouts will be done on lower body days.
New Training Split:
Monday- Speed/Hills & Dynamic Lower Body
Tuesday- Tempo & Max Effort Upper
Wednesday- OFF
Thursday- Speed/Hills & Max Effort Lower
Friday- Tempo & Dynamic/”Bodybuilding” Upper
Saturday- OFF
Sunday- Bike Intervals/Conditioning
