Your lift #s are awesome. As another heavier runner (restarted training at 228# 18 months ago, and down to 197 or so) – I’m curious as to what you’re doing to lose all the weight. I figure I’ve got another 8# I should shed.
Diet, Supplements, etc?
As far as diet goes I just do carb cycling. On workout days, High Carbs (for me around 500) on speed/leg days, Medium Carbs (300ish) on tempo/upperbody days, and low carb on (100-125) on off days. Just clean carbs from whole grains, oatmeal, sometimes a weightgainer when I get lazy. Along with high protein and high healthy fats on most days.
Supplementation wise I’ve been taking Lean Xtreme, a cortisol-control product, MassFX, a natural test booster, and insulean k, a nutrient repartioner. Pretty solid stack for recomposition/cutting.
I feel like I’ve dropped weight almost too fast which is why my upper body lifts have suffered in the short term, but they’re making a comeback.
