Notes: Rest intervals were 3.5 min between reps, 8 min between sets. Pleased with how these went. Hip flexors, and glutes were tight by the end. Shins starting to feel a little tender. Overall it was a good session.

Notes: Awesome workout, 655 on the quarter squat from the pins was nice. Rack pull was insane considering I’m still recovering from a lower back injury that sidelined me for 6 months. Weight went up easy. Maybe I’ll be back to 600ish raw deadlift sooner than I thought. ***Off topic: I know a girl who happened to date the 1.48 800m kid from Aussie, and he said even though the team doesn’t accept walk-ons, he would personally submit my times I put up this summer to the head coach. So all I got to do now is put up some quick times…
