you are a strong dude..on the romanian deadlifts you like to go pretty heavy on them..do you max effort on them or is that weight sub max..i like to heavy on the rdl think it is a great exercise..good journal keep it up
Thanks man, appreciate the comments. Technically, it was a supposed to be sub-max but the weight felt good so I decided to turn it into a max effort lift. I do slow negatives allowing the bar to travel 3″ below the knee before firing back up. Good exercise, although I still prefer BB reverse lunges for overall glute/hamstring development.
The day was supposed to be a 3RM for the first lift than heavy sets of 5 for the others, but I just felt damn good so I went heavy on the big 3 lifts. I wasn’t even supposed to do rack pulls…
