    Week 7.5

    Tempo & Repetition Upper

    Notes: doing this tonight since I have an exam at 2:30 and drive home immediately after that. Get to see the new track put in at my high school. We used to run on a shitty track that had the consistency of concrete lol.

    Lat Pulldowns ss/w/ Face Pulls
    200 3×12 & 190 3×10
    Cable Side Raises
    50 3×10
    Plate Shrugs
    200 3×15
    Tricep Pushdowns
    200 3×20
    AB Circuit

    Notes: 7am lift, gym has different hours during finals week. Felt strong in my lifts even though I was only 12 hours removed from my last weight session. Got the lift done in under an hour for a change, recovery between sets has significantly improved since the beginning of this log.
