Notes: In sneakers. These were hand-timed, started timer waited til watch got to 3 sec. then began falling and exploded out at ~5sec…so based on this relavtively inaccurate timing method, crossed the line at 15.5, 15.3, 15.7…so 10.5,10.3,10.7 Would take those numbers with a huge grain of salt, but I did feel very explosive up to 60m, at that point my top speed mechanics can in to play. Felt a little stiff at that point, so I’m going to incorporate more flying and floating sprints.
Lower volume allowed me to keep the quality high. As a side, my lower legs are feeling better and better thanks to all the grass training. 20 days out from meet.
