that is a sick vertical….how has the lifting helped your vertical…what vert did your powerlifting buddy get..your a beast..
Thanks man. Just a little history, I had a 30″ vertical in 8th grade so I’ve always been naturally gifted I guess. I would credit the lifting with all the gains from that point on, don’t really do many plyos outside of sprinting. Just try to focus on increasing my olympic squat & reverse lunge to bodyweight ratio and usually that does the trick.
my boy got 26″ lol, hes 255 though.
