I would do your tempo 100’s in 17-19 seconds and 200’s in 36-38. Also grass is much better for tempo, could you do them on the football field?
I would make sure your start is maximized before your work on max speed. The reason for this is you need a good acceleration to even reach max speed.
Also I would consider having one of your speed days, as hills. Hills of a slight grade are great for teaching the correct body angles and proper accel mechanics.

What would your coach have you do?
What are you going to do in the fall? football, etc…
