I have the same problem, the difference with me is we don’t lift in track, at all. lol, so I’m around 135 and next year is my senior year so I think building my strength and lifting over the summer will help me make big improvements.
But I’m not really sure where to start, don’t get me wrong I have lifted before, not much though, I can squat around 135, clean around 85. lol
I just need some guidance on where to start
how much running are you going to do?
