While a lot of your recommendations are important, many lack science supporting their effectiveness. Obviously they may work, but honestly, they appear to be more "trendy" type products.
On another note, why do you have BCAAs under plateau busters? How do you supplement them?
I myself have never supplemented with BCAA's.. I put them under plateau busters mainly because they are not essential (taken seperately from protein powder). They are best supplemented when mega-dosing, and as that tends to be expensive, isn't too popular. They seem to help most with recovery.
And I'm not sure how you consider some of them to be trendy.. I'm not going to post scientific evidence, because I don't really care, but these are products that either I have used or have heard great anectodal feedback from. Also, some things I may list like NO2 I don't really think is that great, but people out there do like it for what it does which is why it's on there.
