Thanks for the replies guys. I’ll just get the whey and stock up on gatorade (they’re only a dollar a bottle now so the timing is perfect).
I wanted to do the 100m and 200m and maybe Long Jump if I was any good. Right now I’m finding an indoor track to train in because its winter right now. My friends told me about a track thats got lanes for sprinting or jogging, so I should be starting real soon.
